CANCELLATION POLICY
SALON URUKU + SPA requires all guests to provide a credit card to hold bookings.
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: By booking an appointment at SALON URUKU + SPA, you are agreeing to our 24hr cancellation policy. Any cancellation or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior, otherwise, the full value of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file for no-showed or late-cancelled appointments.

LATE POLICY : We try to be as accommodating as possible, but please be mindful we may not be able to accommodate appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late, and that will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged for the service as per our cancelation policy. Please be sure to let us know if you will not be arriving to your appointment on time.
