Late Policy
Salon Uruku does not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late for your service may result in the cancellation of your appointment and a fee of up to 50% of the service price may be applied. *If given a courtesy call the stylists may be able to make arrangements.
Service Policy
All service sales performed by Salon Uruku are final. Should your outcome not match your expectations, please contact Salon Uruku’s front desk within 7 days of your service date and we will do our best to meet your needs with the proper adjustments.
New Client Policy
Any new client requesting a color service is required to first book a 15 minute complimentary consultation with a stylist of their choosing. To ensure our clients receive the most favorable outcome, our professionals perform thorough consultations that require client participation and honest feedback.
Refund Policy
It is our pleasure to provide you with a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase but we ask that the product be at least half way full and accompanied by the original receipt. If your original receipt is missing we may be able to search your purchase history for proof of purchase. *Product refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed.
Cancelation Policy
As of 6/1/22 we will require a credit card on file to secure all future appointments. Less than 24 hour cancellation will be charged 50% of service, no show 75%.
As of 5/4/22 we will also be asking for a $1 appt. holding fee on all online booking appointments.
