Review all of our new procedures before your appointment.
All of our staff will be required to wear masks. We suggest that you also wear a mask to your appointment, and we ask that you wear one that secures behind the ears.
We ask that you call when you arrive (513) 202-1045 and remain in your vehicle until instructed to enter the building.
We have set up an entry station for sanitation and temperature checks as you enter the salon. You will be asked a series of questions before signing a waiver.
You may also fill this waiver out the day of your appointment, prior to arriving, at this link: Pre-Appointment Form/Waiver
Only our customers receiving a service will be allowed in the salon during this time.
Every service area, station, equipment and tools will be properly sanitized and/or disinfected between each client/use.
Face/Eye protection will be worn by stylists and clients during shampooing.
No beverages - We will not be offering guests beverages at this time.
No waiting area - We ask that you arrive at the time of your appointment and no earlier. When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car until a staff member can assist you.
Limited belonging - Please limit personal belongings you bring into the salon to perhaps your phone and forms of payment (rather than your purse).
Please ask one of our team members to assistance you in grabbing your products. This will allow us to minimize contamination.
